Press Advisory re: Rescheduling of
Supreme Court Oral Arguments

The Connecticut Supreme Court
has rescheduled the oral arguments that originally were
scheduled for Jan. 5, 2005. The first case,
State vs.
Wright, will be held at 9:30 a.m., instead of 10 a.m. on
Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005.
The Supreme Court has
rescheduled the oral arguments in the case of
Greco vs.
United Technologies from Jan. 5, 2005, to Thursday, Jan.
13, 2005, at 12 noon.
The oral arguments in the case
of
State of Connecticut vs. Michael Skakel have been
rescheduled from Jan. 5, 2005, to Friday, Jan. 14, 2005, at 10
a.m.
The oral arguments will take
place in the Supreme Court courtroom located at 231 Capitol
Ave. in Hartford.
