Directions:

From points north (Worcester, MA, Danielson, CT) take I-395 South:

  • Take Exit 37B (US 6 west/Providence Pike)
  • Continue on Route 6 West for approximately 19 miles to junction with Route 66 (Boston Post Road)
  • Continue straight onto Route 66 (Route 6 will split to the right becoming a limited access highway)
  • Continue on Route 66 through the center of Willimantic (it will become Main Street) for approximately 3.5 miles to junction of Route 66 West and Route 32 North
  • Stay in the left lane at the light, staying on Route 66 West
  • Continue on Route 66 (Columbia Avenue) for less than a quarter of a mile
  • The Juvenile Matters courthouse will be on a hill on the right off Capitol Drive (first street immediately after the courthouse)
  • Parking is available onsite in front of the courthouse

From points south (New London, Norwich) take I-395 North:

  • Take Exit 13B (CT Route 2 West/CT Route 32 N/Hartford)
  • Merge onto Route 2 West/Route 32 North to Exit 25 (Route 32 North)
  • Take exit 25 and at the end of the exit, take a right onto Route 32 North
  • Continue on Route 32 north towards Willimantic for approximately 12 miles to South Street
  • Take a right on South Street (the Frog Bridge) to the intersection with Route 66 (Main Street)
  • Take a left on Route 66 Main Street
  • Continue on Route 66 through the center of Willimantic for approximately 1 mile to junction of Route 66 West and Route 32 North
  • Stay in the left lane at the light, staying on Route 66 West
  • Continue on Route 66 (Columbia Avenue) for less than a quarter of a mile
  • The Juvenile Matters courthouse will be on a hill on the right off Capitol Drive (first street immediately after the courthouse)
  • Parking is available onsite in front of the courthouse

From points west (Manchester, Hartford) take I-84 East:

  • Take Exit 59 (I-384 East)
  • Continue on I-384 east to end and bear to the right, following signs for Route 6 (Providence)
  • Continue on Route 6 east approximately 10 miles to intersection with Route 66
  • At intersection of Route 6 and 66, continue straight onto Route 66 east towards Willimantic
  • Continue on Route 66 east (Columbia Avenue) for approximately 2 miles
  • The Juvenile Matters courthouse will be on a hill on the left off Capitol Drive (Note: If you reach the intersection of Route 66 and Route 32, you have gone too far.)
  • Parking is available onsite in front of the courthouse

From points east (Providence, RI) take State Route 6 West:

  • Take State Route 6 West towards Danielson passing I-395 interchange
  • Continue on Route 6 West for approximately 19 miles to junction with Route 66 (Boston Post Road)
  • Continue straight onto Route 66 (Route 6 will split to the right becoming a limited access highway)
  • Continue on Route 66 through the center of Willimantic (it will become Main Street) for approximately 3.5 miles to junction of Route 66 West and Route 32 North
  • Stay in the left lane at the light, staying on Route 66 West
