EMPLOYEE OF AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION
"Employee of an
emergency medical service organization" means an ambulance driver,
emergency medical technician or paramedic. <Insert appropriate

"Ambulance
driver" means a person whose primary function is driving an
ambulance.

"Emergency
medical technician" means an individual who has successfully
completed the training requirements established by the commissioner
and has been certified by the department of public health.

"Paramedic"
means a person licensed by the department of public health.
