DRUG-DEPENDENT PERSON
"Drug-dependent
person" means a person who has a psychoactive substance dependence on
drugs as that condition is defined in the most recent edition of the
Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the
American Psychiatric Association.
