DEADLY PHYSICAL FORCE
"Deadly physical
force" means physical force which can be reasonably expected to cause
death or serious physical injury.

Commentary:
The act of pointing a loaded handgun at a person does not qualify as
deadly physical force. State v. Wayne, 60 Conn. App. 761, 764-65
(2000).
