"Computer program" means a set
of instructions, statements or related data that, in actual or modified
form, is capable of causing a computer or computer system to perform
General Statutes § 53a-250 (4) (applies to Part XXII: Computer-Related
Offenses, §§ 53a-251 -- 53a-261).
"Computer program" means an
ordered set of data representing coded instructions or statements that,
when executed by a computer, causes the computer to perform one or more
General Statutes § 53-451 (5) (applies to Internet Crimes).
