PSYCHOTHERAPIST
"Psychotherapist"
means a physician, psychologist, nurse, substance abuse counselor,
social worker, clergyman, marital and family therapist, mental health
service provider, hypnotist or other person, whether or not licensed or
certified by the state, who performs or purports to perform
psychotherapy.
