The Department of Children and Families
shall provide notice of all court proceedings concerning any child in
foster care to foster parents, relative caregivers and pre-adoptive
parents of such children.
Records of such notice shall be kept by
the Department of Children and Families and information about the notice
given in each case provided to the court.
