Bridgeport Pilot Program (BPP) Standing Orders No.
1, No. 1A - Administrative Appeals, No. 2 - 15 month cases and No. 2
- 24 month cases have been suspended. Please refer to Connecticut
Practice Book 2004 for the current Superior Court Rules.
Compliance with the former existing Bridgeport
Pilot Program (BPP) rules will be taken into consideration by the
Court regarding discovery issues.
Any motion or objection relating to any request
for extension of time should not be entitled "Motion for Deviation
from BPP Scheduling Order" or "Objection to Motion for Deviation
from BPP Scheduling Order" but rather shall be filed in accordance
with existing Practice Book rules.
Pretrial and trial dates scheduled
for Bridgeport Pilot Program (BPP) cases remain in effect.
