SEE GENERAL STATUTES §§ 16-262t AND 52-263; STATE V. SALMON, 250 CONN. 147, 152-158 (1999); IN RE APPLICATION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION OF REICH, 83 CONN. APP. 432, 436 (2004).

FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING AS ORDERED WILL SUBJECT COUNSEL AND SELF-REPRESENTED PARTIES TO THE IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MONETARY SANCTIONS, FINES, AND/OR PROHIBITION FROM APPEARING BEFORE THIS COURT.
