• Route 8 North to Exit 45 (Kennedy Drive).
• At end of exit, take a left.
• At light take left onto a Winsted Road.
• Go through 2 lights and Juvenile Court will be on left across from Quality Inn.

From Route 8 South:

• Route 8 South to Exit 45 (Winsted Road).
• At light at end of Exit take left onto Winsted Road.
• Go through 1 light and Juvenile Court will be on left across from Quality Inn.

From bottom of East Main St. Torrington:

• At light take right onto Main Street.
• Continue on Main Street for 1.3 miles.
• At second light past McDonalds veer right onto Winsted Road.
• Approximately 1/2 mile on right will be the Juvenile Court - across from Quality Inn.
