SADO-MASOCHISTIC ABUSE
"Sado-masochistic
abuse" means flagellation or torture by or upon a person clad in
undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being
fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so
clothed.
