Robbery and Related Offenses, §§ 53a-119 -- 53a-136a).
Commentary:
See State v. Morant, 242 Conn. 666, 671 (1997), overruled in part
on other grounds, Shabazz v. State, 259 Conn. 811 (2002) (a

any provision of the general statutes."
General Statutes §
53a-118 (b), (c), and (d) qualify the meaning of "owner" in the context
of stolen property, jointly owned property, and security interests in
property. See LARCENY, Instruction 9.1-1.
